What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Once a customer books they will receive a call within 1 business day to finalize the move details. I will go over arrival time, address , and provide tips to make sure they are as prepared as possible for our arrival.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On the day of move we will arrive at the agreed upon time, if we are running more than 5 minutes behind we will call to update on the status. Once we have arrived we will do a walk through of the house to establish a route or any potential issues. As soon as we have completed that the crew will get to work to complete the job as efficiently as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best way to prepare for moving day is to have all items correctly packed in appropriate sized boxes. The more uniform the boxes the better and quicker it will go. If moving a mattress having a quality mattress bag (preferably a high quality bag with a zipper) is recommended. Also remember to have any tv or computer monitor being put in the truck packed properly, usually a tv box is best. We are able to disassemble items and put items together, but please remember it can be time consuming.
What types of moves have you handled?
We provide local, long distance, and office moving. We also work with several specialty stores to deliver adjustable beds, furniture, and antiques.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best parts of the job are customer interactions along with the variety of work.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I work directly with every hire to ensure they are trained on the proper way to move items without damaging the item or home.
