The movers were great, but they were 2 hours late, Since I was using pods, this created a problem with scheduling. I plan on using them again in January to unload my pods, so hopefully they'll be on time.

The movers worked hard and got two large PODS trailers unloaded in four hours. They didn't damage anything and were very nice. The price was good and I would definitely recommend them!

They were on time. They took good care of my stuff when packing the truck. They let me know in advance after looking through all the rooms that it might take a little longer than I scheduled (it took them 1/2 hour longer than I planned. They did a great job getting all my stuff in the size truck I rented.

These 4 young men were very professional, helpful, and hard workers. I was impressed with their drive and determination. Jose was knowledgeable and decisive in his decision making. They were very careful with our goods and made helpful suggestions to us throughout the day. These men came prepared to work, and work they did!!!! I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Guys are awesome and work very hard. Jose was our crew leader and he is very knowledgeable and efficient. He led both our loading and unloading days and did a fantastic job. The only negative I have is that it's not easy to always reach the main phone contact/dispatcher for the company. Communication is important.

The three workers were great, but the dispatcher arrived 1.5hrs late and thus the team was late. It was no impact to me. The loaders were fantastic, hard workers. Fed them and watered them (not required) but they appreciated it. Tetris-man did his magic filling the POD. they were honest. Yes, will use them again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Phone call from the crew enroute with ETA.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all valuables (money, jewelries, etc.) and medicine or medication. Label boxes for which room it is going to which will make everything a breeze in unloading.
What types of moves have you handled?
All of them. Local, long distance, office relocations, corporate relocations, military moves, special equipment/ special item moving (piano, pool tables, safes, antiques, memorable items)
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Each job is different. There’s a never an identical house with the same items.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Teaching them on the most overlooked and common mistakes. How to cover delicate items, how to properly wrap each item. We have made several videos of wrapping items such as sofas, TV’s, bed sets, etc. and offer those videos for training.
