This was one of the worst services I have ever experienced. Only one mover showed up so we had to help carry our things up 5 flights of stairs. Mind you, the days prior, Mr. Kirby kept calling me from a number that you could not find on any website (probably his cell phone, which to me was very unprofessional) so that we can upgrade our request (ie. pay more). Then when the second mover did not show up, I tried calling Mr. Kirby and got no answer! I called several times and had to go through hireahelper to get in contact with him, which shows me that he was avoiding my calls. Lucky for me the hire a helper representative was super helpful and tried to help negotiate the price down, given that only one mover showed up. If not for the hireahelper rep. Mr. Kirby was not willing to provide any relief for our inconvenience. TERRIBLE!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! POOR SERVICE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

We used Kirby movers twice in one day. The first two movers arrived on time. Our second set of movers though pushed the arrival time back 2 hours (with only an hour's notice), and then one still arrived another 30 minutes late on top of the 2 hour late arrival. Everyone worked hard, and was friendly and courteous. It was just 50-50 in-terms of an on-time arrival.
