Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. Promove did an excellent job. They communicated with me prior to the move and were easily accessible via text/phone. They showed up right on time (in fact early!!) and did a move out of a 4th floor walkup carefully. Hardworking and honest. Would definitely recommend them!!

These guys were great and I am so happy I made the decision to hire them! I booked Kirk and Malik the day before I had to move out of a 4th floor walk up - originally my family was going to help but it seemed like it was going to be too tough on our own, and I was right...they saved the day (and our backs!) They were on time, hard working, personable and efficient. I'm definitely going to recommend them to my friends.

Wonderful guys. Easy to work with. They came on time and brought their sense of humor with them. They worked hard and had no trouble with my heavy pieces. They took extra care to not damage any of my furniture. They even wrapped my furniture in blankets for me and packed my pod trailer into the smallest amount of space possible, as I had to pay per linear foot used in the trailer. Would hire again!
