We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. I hired 2 movers and only one showed up. The one that did show up was great though and a very hard worker. They corrected the issue by refunding me about half of my money.

The movers were nice guys but they didn't have any experience working together and seemed to lack basic knowledge for a moving crew, including how to carry and maneuver large furniture in tight spaces (hallways, elevators, etc). They were on-time and friendly, but I didn't feel they were careful enough with my belongings. This was unfortunately confirmed when they placed a heavy and sharp mirror on top of our baby's crib and took a chunk out of the wood- *after* my wife asked them to put it somewhere else. The crib is now broken, and it was a very avoidable mistake. Other than that the move was fine, but having the baby's crib damaged is really disappointing and frustrating. If you hire this company, just make sure to watch what the movers are doing at all times.
