We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. Simply Awesome!
Freddy arrive 10 minutes early and held a parking space in front of the building so our SUV could be parked right next to the building entrance. They were incredibly strong, super efficient, amazingly helpful, and truly kind. Everything was done swiftly and professionally; this fourth floor walk up move couldn’t have happened without them. Highly recommend them and we would definitely hire them again.

Great help. Very good attitude despite some confusion over the floor of the move. Also worth noting I was moving in a construction zone with no room for the truck on the street, so they were very patient and flexible in the oddities of my particular move.

We had a great experience with PROMOVE this morning! Eric & Yan were communicative, arrived on time, and make quick work getting everything into the truck. They were very conscious about packing everything in a logical, organized fashion so that all our belongings were secure before our 8 hour drive. We couldn’t have done it without them!
