We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. This was my second time using Promove and I could not recommend them more. I accidentally scheduled my move for the 15th when I meant to schedule for the 8th. When I called on the 7th to confirm Kirkland was SO helpful and able to get me a crew at the very last minute so that I could in fact move on the 8th. I was so appreciative and the two men he sent to unload my truck were great and super fast. Will be recommending to all my friends and using for any future moves as well!
