Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. They had a saved me a spot on the street so I had parking right in front of the apartment as soon as I pulled the truck up. I had a hell of a time traveling in (road closures), and had to adjust our ETA 4 times and they were extremely accommodating. Even with 4 flight of stairs, they were done in an hour & 15 minutes.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! All three men from PROMOVE were kind, respectful, hard working, and know their stuff! This was my first time using Hire A Helper and PROMOVE and it was an easy, seamless experience. The men all connected with me in advance to share their eta’s, arrived on time, and got to work. They loaded my uhaul quickly and professionally, taking great care of my things, and always stayed positive despite 4 FLIGHTS! of stairs. Thank you for making my moving experience a great one!

They were quick in moving everything out. A bit too quick as I wanted them to have wrapped the furniture better and the truck pack was not efficient in its use of the space. As we were running out of space they pushed and shoved to get things in as opposed to pulling things out to repack better.

Could only get a ten foot truck. They managed to carefully and safely pack everything in my two bedroom apt inside it with room left. Awesome.
