We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. The best decision I could have made was to hire helpers from Promove. Erik and Kevin were great, they showed up right on time and worked hard. It was a very hot day and-they carried the contents of 2 full SUV’s to a 3rd floor walk up and finished early. Would highly recommend

There were three guys doing the move. They did it within 45 minutes without a dolly or anything. Quick and efficient. The only one things it that they carried a credenza by the legs, which are very flimsy--luckily nothing broke.

They were respectful of my things and told me that I would need to remove a door for my couch to fit in a room. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of movers.

Some of the strongest guys I've ever met. This was a HARD job, we had a lot of stuff. Not once did I hear a complaint. In addition to the physical labor they were patient with my mom, who means well, but is a tough lady to handle. They were always sweet and polite despite her somewhat abrasive personality. Would definitely hire again!
