Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. The guys from PROMOVE were on time for my reservation, and despite it POURING on my move day, they worked efficiently and without complaint. Because of the rain I was worried about my belongings getting soaked, but the guys worked fast and knocked out the move in just over an hour.

Our movers (they loaded our U-haul) were on time, very efficient, and extremely courteous and easy to communicate with. Each time I had a comment or question they would stop, listen carefully, and repeat back what I said to make sure they understood correctly. This kind of respectful communication made the process of moving out much less stressful. They also packed our truck with everything secure and easy to unload. Thank you Courtney and Eric.
