We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. We had booked for 2 men for 2 hours and 3 showed up which certainly expedited the process! They handled my items with care, they worked quickly and extremely efficiently. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because at the end they made a rude comment regarding the tip we left. We left more than the standard 20% and even looked up the appropriate amount to be sure. It was an unfortunate and rude remark that left a sour taste in my mouth and I don’t know that I would feel comfortable referring someone to them.

Our crew was super friendly and super efficient. They ended up having train trouble, but called to let us know in advance, which was very much appreciated. They even showed up with an unexpected, but certainly welcome extra helping hand. Our 2 BR apt was loaded and ready to go within 2 hours. The team exceeded our expectations in terms of what they fit in the truck as well as the care they showed with our items.
