INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. These guys were awesome! They were extremely flexible and helpful. They also reserved a parking spot for us, which was extremely helpful in New York. All of my stuff was up a fourth floor walk up in less than 2 hours. Would absolutely hire again!

I had a good-but-not-great experience with these guys, but it seemed as though it was outside of the norm for it to not be great. They showed up on time and were super friendly. When they saw what I had, one of them said, “You hired three of us, but I think this is a two person job. If you want to save some money, I’ll leave...even if the job takes an extra hour, it’ll cost the same.” That worked for me, so he headed out.
Unfortunately, one of the guys who remained was brand new, and he was a bit slow, and didn’t seem to be working with the same urgency as the other. The job that they’d estimated would only take around 2 hours, 3 at the most, ended up taking almost 4. But, to their credit, when I spoke to the company, they only charged me for 3 hours and said they would assess things with the new employee.
So, all in all the experience was very good, despite some minor setbacks. Everyone I talked to was professional, kind, and very helpful. And the issue of taking more time than estimated (which seemed to be an unusual situation) was addressed quickly and professionally. Overall, I would still definitely recommend them!

The three gentlemen that helped us move we're very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They moved all of our large pieces of furniture down the flights of stairs and they packed the truck very logically so that everything fit with no need for strapping everything down. They took great care with our items and we couldn't thank them enough!

Robert and Seán were here right before the scheduled time and got right to work. They definitely knew how to do the job efficiently. Both were super friendly and communicative and despite the HOT day kept right on going til the end. Couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend this company.
