We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. Great communication from the time we booked till the job was finished. Kirk called and got a good idea of what I had and what we needed, in advance. I asked for packing tips and best size/weight for boxes etc. This made it so much easier, knowing the best box size/weight combination to pack, so the job ran smooth.
Kirk gave some advice after I texted him a pic of the packed truck to make it a bit more secure for the trip up.
Kirk kept me updated with an ETA as he was on a prior job. All the guys arrived within the one hour time frame, as promised! But one of the guys showed up earlier than the texted time... but instead of waiting for Kirk (as instructed), he jumped right in and hustled from the moment he arrived. It was Hot, humid and mid-day for a 6th floor walk up. They looked out for all the stuff and even though it was labeled, when it was fragile, he said we treat everything as if it's fragile. Great job Guys!!!

They worked hard but they weren’t very professional or experienced. They did not bring any tools or equipment. I felt like I hired some random people as opposed to an organized company.
