We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. The two movers texted me ahead of their arrival and showed up on time. They worked very hard, including moving a 1926 antique victrola (it's very heavy) down four flights of stairs. They did a great job with taking care of my things and were very polite. I would definitely recommend them again.

I moved into a 6th floor walkup from Atlanta (where we don't really have walkups). Planning the move was so stressful. Deciding what to take and not take was daunting. As I packed, I thought "how will this get up the stairs?" Hiring two great guys from Promove saved me. Both showed up within the given window (one exactly at 3, and the other a half hour later) and were ready to attack it. They made good suggestions and were open to mine. I booked for three hours and we did it in 75 minutes. Now, you'd think I'd want a credit back for the unused time, but nope. It's money well spent. Promove is like hiring more friends to help you move. Highly recommended.
