George and Antoine were easy to work with. They packed our storage container quickly and efficiently - even assisting us in moving some heavy items to the curb for trash.

Our 2 helpers were quick and efficient! Super strong, and packed up our items like they were playing a game of Tetris! We accidentally left our keys inside a drawer of an item that got packed up and our helpers helped us unpack, locate the keys, and repack our POD back up. Above and beyond our expectations!

Unfortunately, Bay Area traffic had them arriving late, but once at the property they took care of business in the three hour window. They efficiently packed the POD and were careful with all items. Very respectful to the owner.

They were contracted to show up between 9am and 10am, they called and said they needed to finish up another job and would be on site between 11am and 12pm and we accommodated them and said ok.
They didn't end up showing up until 2:15 pm and wasted most of our day. They should have left this other job to start ours at the time agreed upon whether it was between 9am to 10am or the 11am to 12pm time. Just showing up hours late is not acceptable.
They did fine afterward.
I would not recommend Lewis moving company based on them not meeting the time windows requested/agreed to and would be hesitant using hireahelper.com in the future due to this experience.
