Terrible service - do not hire them!
- showed up 1 hour late
- didn’t start working right away and argued with us that we had too much stuff
- didn’t pack the trailer properly, therefore not everything fit in there
- they broke a piece of furniture and said it was already broken
- bad attitude, we had to argue about taking off shoes on a white carpet

Robert and Zach were very professional and helpful. They showed up on time and ready to work! They were very personable but still focused on the job at hand.

I've never dealt with a more unprofessional individual. Was not careful when moving items, several boxes were dropped. If I didn't watch them drop boxes, they would have said nothing. Still took no ownership or anything, just ignored it. Lied and said it would be 4 movers, when that was never the case. Brought 3, complained about a 300 ft walk making excuses the entire time asking if I wanted to extend an hour while getting started. Complained that this was "forced on him" to take the job, and then went fully unhinged with me over my complaint about how many movers there was and that they had dropped boxes while talking to customer service. Refused to leave, absolute nightmare to work with. This isn't worth a final option, which is what this terrible experience was.

Robert and Jonathan arrived on time and got to work. I was afraid not everything would fit in my POD and they packed it perfectly. I even have room for some additional items if I want to add something. They were courteous and respectful of my belongings. They were even kind enough to relocate my kitchen table within my home. I highly recommend these movers and will hire them again when my remodel is complete.
