I have no complaints.. they showed up with 3 guys when I only contracted for 2 and they did a great job organizing and packing the truck I rented.. I didn't have to do much of anything while they were here. And the job only took ~75 minutes instead of the 120 because all 3 guys worked earnestly.
But.. they called about 20 minutes before the schedule to say they would be delayed an hour or so and eventually showed 90 minutes after the original arrival window. And the cost was about 40% more than advertised price.. in part because of the Hire-a-Helper fee I didn't know about.. and also the taxes and the advertised price was significantly higher than the same service when we unloaded.
So.. I would recommend these guys and I would use them again if the opportunity arises, but I can't give them a 5 star review.

Can’t say enough about the process and the movers that took the assignment. Vyking services provide timely, courteous but more importantly experienced and knowledgeable service. Take the time to individually wrap and protect the items loaded into a pod for move to Florida. I would recommend them anytime. Thank You.
