There were several issues with Alpha Force Moving.
1. Poor communication amongst themselves and with me. I was told they would be early which I appreciated. Then, they showed up later than originally expected. The dispatcher gave me one explanation and the lead mover had a different story.
2. Because they were delayed, I began to unload the POD myself. They actually worked approximately 1 hr 15 mins but I paid for the 2 hr minimum.
3. The lead mover was nice but, these are not professional movers. I told them not to move a particular piece until we discussed it first. Without having that discussion, they brought this large antique cabinet into my home. Consequently, they broke the bottom trim on the side of the cabinet.
4. The second guy did what he was told, but stood back and watched until he was given instructions.
I expected professional movers who were well versed in the trade. That’s not what I got. I will not hire them again when I move from this temporary location to my new home that’s under construction.
We apologize for the poor experience you had. We will review this feedback as a team and will improve in these areas. We are honestly not use to receiving (reviews) with a poor experience, and therefore take this review serious. We partake in this line of work with tremendous pride and accountability; therefore, promise to be better for it.

Highly recommend this company. They fit my whole house into a storage POD that I was sure I was going to need 2 storage pods. They wrapped all my furniture. Took my TVs off mounts and dissembled all of my furniture in a neat and organized way and didn't do any damage to my home when they were moving everything. They communicated well and were a pleasure to work with. BOOK THEM!

Our Alpha Force lead mover will contact you to discuss your planned move (for details). In addition, we will gather intel, to fully understand your needs and goals in order to best meet your expectations.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
It is our goal to be on time, finish the task in a timely manner in order to allow you to focus on the things that require your attention.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
On moving day, I would recommend that you have check list of last minute questions or expectations for review at the beginning of the move. Once the show starts, prepare yourself with a nice snack and beverage. We will ensure to keep you up to date on our progress.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have performed a variety of moves; everything from small local residential moves to large commercial warehouse relocations. No job is too big, we enjoy any challenges.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part of being a mover is partaking in life changes. It is exciting to witness first hand the excitement or courage in someone's persona while they are embarking on a new beginning.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all Alpha Force movers with "moving" strategies in order to be efficient and effective. It is instilled in our movers to work smart in order to maintain endurance and high energy.
