The guys who loaded our POD were very friendly and professional. They used their own equipment and also assisted us by wrapping some furniture with their plastic wrap. The guys packed the POD very well and precise. Very impressed!

First, I would have given 10 stars if I could. These guys were on time and jumped right to work out of the gate. I originally scheduled for four hours and thought that they were not going to be done on time to unload two fully loaded 28 foot UPack pups. (It took four days to fill). They were done in three hours and credited me back for the unused hour!! My only regret is that I didn’t have them to load the trucks in Illinois. I would have saved allot of money on that end. WJM

Ben and Ricky were AWESOME! They were on time, super friendly, professional and all around great guys! Completed the job in 2 hours which also included setting up 2 beds and attaching the mirror to my dresser. I am so impressed by the service I received and would HIGHLY recommend them.

They showed up about 15 min late due to needing to pick up supplies.
When I told them I got a text that said their time was almost up - he said no worries we were a little late.
After they left, they called my husband and billed for an extra hour.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our Alpha Force lead mover will contact you to discuss your planned move (for details). In addition, we will gather intel, to fully understand your needs and goals in order to best meet your expectations.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
It is our goal to be on time, finish the task in a timely manner in order to allow you to focus on the things that require your attention.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
On moving day, I would recommend that you have check list of last minute questions or expectations for review at the beginning of the move. Once the show starts, prepare yourself with a nice snack and beverage. We will ensure to keep you up to date on our progress.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have performed a variety of moves; everything from small local residential moves to large commercial warehouse relocations. No job is too big, we enjoy any challenges.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part of being a mover is partaking in life changes. It is exciting to witness first hand the excitement or courage in someone's persona while they are embarking on a new beginning.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all Alpha Force movers with "moving" strategies in order to be efficient and effective. It is instilled in our movers to work smart in order to maintain endurance and high energy.
