The workers were awesome. However they were not told to bring the proper equipment from their management. Also the management does not do a very good job of scheduling jobs, so it cause a delayed start time. But I have no complaints regarding the workers themselves, they worked very hard and were efficient.

I had a scheduled, CONFIRMED, paid service scheduled for 7/5/2013. I called and confirmed with the mover on 7/3/2013. I spoke with a man who confirmed date, time, and address and said they would arrive on time between 2-3PM on Friday the 5th. On Friday I waited until 3PM and then tried to call the mover TWICE with no answer. I also left messages with my return number. I received no email, no phone call, and no notice of any sort that they were cancelling. They simply no call, no showed! I was moving across country and had NO movers to help pack up. I would never recommend this company and service and will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Use this company at your own risk.

They did a great job. We had a problem with the truck leaking and they took their time wrapping everything in plastic to protect it from the rain.
