They called me from the road with an estimated arrival time. When they arrived they got right to work. They were polite and considerate of our furnishings. No issues, and finished slightly ahead of schedule.

Very friendly! They called when they were on the way, and when they got there, they got out of the truck and introduced themselves. John reviewed everything I wanted packed into my POD with me, then they got to work. Along the way, they stopped and asked questions when they had them (once or twice), and they got done on time and did an awesome job. We will be using them again to load our second POD.

The gentleman that came were fabulous. They were very efficient nothing got broken. I was very pleased with their performance and I give them an outstanding rating. Hope if I ever move again which I do not intend to. I would certainly call on them signing off Linda Reeves.

The young men who came and packed my pod were amazing! They showed up with smiles and a “can do” attitude that helped put me to ease. I was worried about having a lot of stuff but they got straight to work and packed everything up rather swiftly. They were care to avoid hitting things on edges and walls while moving stuff and they managed to fit everything in one pod! I’ll definitely be recommending Direct Movers to my friends & family.
