Arrived on time. Great communication pre move days. Unfortunately I was running late, my fault, so move was a bit rushed and final packing a bit jumbled in the truck but they got everything in, amazing. Also got the job done in half the time I thought it would take and packed 45% more than I thought the 16ft pod could even hold. Very pleased, will use again!
