Josh & his helper did an excellent job. I pulled my back so they worked well independently. They were hard working, positive, courteous and finished quickly unloading my 10 ft Uhaul into a freight Elevator w/Dollie’s.

They did a great job once on site.
They were prepared. They hustled to get us off the loading dock and into the apartment.
The only item that was not great was they did not show up till 11am.
Once they got there we finished in two hours. I appreciate all their hard work and hustle.

I booked 2 workers for 3 hours. There was excellent communication leading up to our move day and on the day of our move the workers promptly showed up at the requested time. They did a great job of loading all the items while also being thoughtful on how items needed to be packed for a 600 mile move. Confirming the time and payment was a no hassle job. I would book a moving job with this company again.

The 3 men who showed up were efficient with their work. We had a lot of items to placed inside the POD and they did a great job of getting most of it organized and secured. They were respectful of our furniture and spent extra care with an antique desk I had. We would use them again.

My review is two-fold. First, they were 2 hours late without a call to let me know. I spoke with the owner twice & he couldn’t tell me the status of his movers. No eta, but to tell me they overslept from working late the day before. Being late would have been ok, a pain but ok, had I known in advance. We were moving my 86 yr old mother & waited for 2 hrs expecting movers between 9-10am. At 9:30a I called to get an eta & owner told me they should be there soon & to call back at 10 if they still haven’t arrived. I called back at 10a, but he still had no eta for me. How does the owner not know where his employees are & can’t reach out to them? Either he knew they were going to be late & just didn’t want to tell me or he truly had no idea where his movers were. Either way, bad business. The other side of my review - the 2 men that showed up were fantastic! They apologized right away for being late & got to work. They had everything unloaded quickly & without an issue. They were professional, friendly & quick!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have items that are able to be boxed, in boxes and labeled accordingly. If loading is required they should have blankets and some sort of tie-downs.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all moves. Local, long distance, office, industrial, govt. contracts, you name it we've done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The favorite part is completing difficult task in a minimum amount of time thru methods of expertise and experience that creates a WOW factor for our customers
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide safety training thru videos and quizzes plus on the job basics and essentials including but not limited to customer interactions, (plt) proper lifting techniques, how to set a desk properly, getting a sofa thru a door and much more.
