Overall my experience with Moving with Pride was very good. I only did not rate them five stars because they were about 1.5 hours late on the arrival time. But communication was good throughout the delay and once the movers arrived they were very efficient and professional, we got everything I'd hoped to get done and then some within the scheduled 2 hour window. I'd definitely work with them again, it was well worth the price.

They were not on time because the previous job took longer than planned which was not a problem since they called me and kept me informed of their arrival time. Both worked hard and were very respectful of us and of my items. They knew their job as far as placement of articles in the POD. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Didn't show. I really don't get this - they called me immediately after I initially scheduled and seemed to indicate this should be a boring move. Even more unprofessional is that they never responded to my calls, the alternate number was a full mailbox, and they also didn't respond to Hire A Helper when Hire A Helper tried to reach them. Their reviews are pretty good so not sure what happened. I even reached out over Facebook Messenger.
Here's the thing, Hire A Helper came through and hooked me up with Start Struck Movers who did the job instead the same day but a few hours later. I would probably only use Moving With Pride LLC through Hire A Helper out of caution. If they drop the job then Hire A Helper at least can hook you up with a replacement mover. But that assumes I'd even use Moving With Pride LLC again.

WOW, what amazing service! They called us when they were 30 minutes away, and arrived promptly on time. Three extremely polite, courteous, and most importantly STRONG young men worked together to load up our storage container, and had everything finished in less than the allotted two hours. We could not be more pleased with the service. Look no further, this is the moving service to use!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have items that are able to be boxed, in boxes and labeled accordingly. If loading is required they should have blankets and some sort of tie-downs.

We have handled all moves. Local, long distance, office, industrial, govt. contracts, you name it we've done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The favorite part is completing difficult task in a minimum amount of time thru methods of expertise and experience that creates a WOW factor for our customers
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide safety training thru videos and quizzes plus on the job basics and essentials including but not limited to customer interactions, (plt) proper lifting techniques, how to set a desk properly, getting a sofa thru a door and much more.
