How unprofessional...
No-show and no-call (I had to call)
Weather delay...ok, loss your crew in the afternoon?
Owner: Man up and call the client to explain and try to make-it-right.

I understand your frustration Carmen, and I really do apologize that on 08/29/2020 you needed to be out of your place. Unfortunately, we were hit extremely hard with a severe thunderstorm and it rained all day until 3:30 pm which I am certain you were aware of. Because of this unexpected event which we had no control of, we had to postpone all of our morning jobs until a later time. Your move was scheduled for 12 noon. By the time the rain settled we had to get our morning jobs out of the way. Our afternoon jobs had to be rescheduled until the next day. I am sorry that you fell among our afternoon jobs and were not able to reschedule until the next day. I contacted hire-a-helper and made them aware that you can not reschedule and they would need to get a crew to you ASAP. You booked us thru hire-a-helper, and they are the primary contractor. We cannot find you another crew, this is what hire-a-helper does and gets paid for so we contact them to handle the situation and make it right. The owner in question that you said needs to man up did everything that he was suppose to do to get you another crew.

Very pleased. Movers were polite, professional, and were able to squeeze everyting into a small 7-foot POD.

They asked questions to determine exactly how to best pack the POD. They were respectful of my property, and specifically asked if it was OK to move the mover's dollies over the lawn.

Highly recommended.

You can expect a smooth experience with professional movers who are honest, friendly and fun to work with. Customer satisfaction is our main priority and we aim to met or exceed your expectations.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

You can expect for us to arrive within the scheduled time frame prepared to conquer whatever the project requires.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Customers should have items that are able to be boxed, in boxes and labeled accordingly. If loading is required they should have blankets and some sort of tie-downs.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have handled all moves. Local, long distance, office, industrial, govt. contracts, you name it we've done it.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

The favorite part is completing difficult task in a minimum amount of time thru methods of expertise and experience that creates a WOW factor for our customers

What training do you provide your crew members?

We provide safety training thru videos and quizzes plus on the job basics and essentials including but not limited to customer interactions, (plt) proper lifting techniques, how to set a desk properly, getting a sofa thru a door and much more.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We do not refund for any unused time.

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.

Furniture dolly or straps:
We always have a furniture dolly, (always included, no fee)
Hand tools for assembly:
We always have tools ready and available, power drills, socket wrenches and various hand tools, (always included, no fee)
Hand truck:
Customer must request item, we offer at no additional charge., (upon request, no fee)
Plastic wrap:
additional $40 per roll of shrink wrap, ($40.00/ea.)
Rope:
Please request this product if needed for project., ($20.00/ea.)
