Overall, I was dissatisfied with the service. The lead worker was decent and he did communicate that they would be running late. The lead worker did work hard and he and his helper did haul all of the heavy items that I asked them to haul. However, the helper smelled of marijuana and might have been high. On top of that I had to re-pack much of what they loaded to make our stuff fit in the truck. I was on a tight timeline and this set us back a couple of hours. Hire-a-helper did refund some of my money, but in the end this experience was disappointing.

Customers should have items that are able to be boxed, in boxes and labeled accordingly. If loading is required they should have blankets and some sort of tie-downs.

We have handled all moves. Local, long distance, office, industrial, govt. contracts, you name it we've done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The favorite part is completing difficult task in a minimum amount of time thru methods of expertise and experience that creates a WOW factor for our customers
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide safety training thru videos and quizzes plus on the job basics and essentials including but not limited to customer interactions, (plt) proper lifting techniques, how to set a desk properly, getting a sofa thru a door and much more.
