The team was great and didn't have any difficulty getting on Fort Belvoir. They did scuff up the door moving the washer and dryer in but otherwise no issues and got the truck unloaded in time.

Before moving day, the movers gave me good advice on what I needed to make the POD loading go smoothly (e.g., ratchet straps, furniture pads). They contacted me with an ETA on moving day and arrived within the scheduled hour. All I needed to do once they started loading the POD was get out of the way! They did an excellent job loading everything and being respectful with my items. They completed the job within the scheduled 2 hours. I'd certainly use them again.

Our crew was super friendly and hard working. They made us aware of any problems with items in the truck before and during unloading (problems arising from a different company who packed us up). They unloaded all of our belongings in less time than was quoted. The communication before and the day of the move was excellent. I would definitely recommend!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have items that are able to be boxed, in boxes and labeled accordingly. If loading is required they should have blankets and some sort of tie-downs.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all moves. Local, long distance, office, industrial, govt. contracts, you name it we've done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The favorite part is completing difficult task in a minimum amount of time thru methods of expertise and experience that creates a WOW factor for our customers
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide safety training thru videos and quizzes plus on the job basics and essentials including but not limited to customer interactions, (plt) proper lifting techniques, how to set a desk properly, getting a sofa thru a door and much more.
