Our movers were unprofessional and I was charged for extra time, even though the movers did not use the full time. While they were at our house, they spent a large portion of the time relaxing. I have hired several movers and have never had a bad experience. I am trying to cancel them for the second half of my move and hopefully will not be charged. So disappointing!!

Hi Alexandra, we are sorry you were not satisfied with our service. I understand the problem was that you booked us for a 3 hour minimum and it did not take 3 hours so you wanted a refund for unused time. Unfortunately, we do not refund unused time, and this was clearly stated in the booking contract. You booked us for 3 hours and we finished early with no damages, so I am not understanding the reason for the bad review.

Good crew. Was timely and worked hard the whole time. Hit a few corners but my stairwell was a tight one and it's q tough place to move into. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good workers!

I hired two movers. They were good guys, but looked like they were tired from a previous job ... took a lot of breaks ... complained about the pieces I was asking them to move and that their management had not sent more help ... spent time on phone with their management complaining about the job ... damaged both the furniture and my house ... didn't seem to have a lot of experience. Don't think I got my money's worth ... won't use them again.

Mover's response:
We really appreciate your business Del. Yes, they did work a previous job, but they were no where near tired. The problem was, you were not honest about your project. You stated you had 1 flight of stairs on your order when you actually had 3 flights of steps. There is a charge for each additional flight after the first flight. This additional fee goes to the crew for handling the out of the ordinary project. Now, you have guys expecting one flight and they come upon 3 flights and are not getting paid for it. I don't think you understand, these guys get up and commit to going to do a job for only 2 hours pay. They rely on anything extra and it means a lot to them, tips, extra fee pay etc... Glad you realized they were good guys, but I am taken aback by the comment you made of damaged furniture and damage to the house, but nothing was said to management when we called to confirm the job completion. I am not understanding if there were such damages why haven't you filed a claim? In the future, just be honest, honesty pays.

The guys were good. Arrived on time and completed the unloading quickly. It would have been even better if they helped some with unwrapping certain large furniture. Overall, it was good.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

You can expect for us to arrive within the scheduled time frame prepared to conquer whatever the project requires.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Customers should have items that are able to be boxed, in boxes and labeled accordingly. If loading is required they should have blankets and some sort of tie-downs.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have handled all moves. Local, long distance, office, industrial, govt. contracts, you name it we've done it.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

The favorite part is completing difficult task in a minimum amount of time thru methods of expertise and experience that creates a WOW factor for our customers

What training do you provide your crew members?

We provide safety training thru videos and quizzes plus on the job basics and essentials including but not limited to customer interactions, (plt) proper lifting techniques, how to set a desk properly, getting a sofa thru a door and much more.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
