No show, didn't call. Left us in a bad spot, having to scramble to find help. Would not recommend.

Hi Troy, we understand your frustration and are really sorry everything didn't turn out as originally planned. We were in contact with your boss Melanie, and made her aware that the severe rain showers were a safety hazard for our crew and your belongings. We were just asking to delay the time a little until the rain lets up. I also spoke with you directly Troy and explained the situation and you seemed understanding. Yes you were in a bad spot, you were driving for a company out of state, making a delivery of floor tiles and it was raining heavy. I'm sure if this was a typical residential unload, the customer would have agreed to wait the rain out, rather than getting their items soaked. Your wait was in your truck and you had floor tiles, so I can see the frustrated part here. I hope you can understand our position as well. We can work with a light drizzle, but when it is pouring down like it was yesterday, it is best to wait until the rain settles. For our crews safety and the safety of our customers property. I do not understand how hireahelper would qualify this as a no-show, no one should be encouraged to move furniture in severe rain showers.
**Might I add that we also paid for your replacement out of our own pocket so you were also compensated for the inconvenience with free service. We deserved at least 2-3 stars you think? ** ??

The guys that helped us move did a great job. 100% would recommend those two guys. Four flights of stairs and a 100 foot walk to the truck is not easy, for two hours straight. It was a little pricey for two hours, especially considering the two guys are hourly wage earners which means that they actually did 99% percent of what it takes to help someone move but probably only made 10% or 15% of the money(if they are lucky!) that we payed. That kind of sucks for them so my advice would be for all of you guys working in the moving business on the labor end to start your own company with a couple of people you trust and stop giving all of the money to some person sitting on their butt all day while you do the work.

We appreciate your business Tracy and glad that you were satisfied with our services. However, your statements regarding our pay rate and operations are (respectfully, delusional). First off, you booked us thru a 3rd party, so the money that you "paid" not (payed) is not going directly to us. Another party gets a cut besides the moving company and the workers. And, if all of the workers on the moving labor end started their own business, who would work for them? All the laborers are now business owners. That probably won't work either. FYI, when the job is completed and we collect our pay, the crew makes more than 60% of the profit earned. Furthermore, I do not sit on my butt all day LOL. I was actually one of the movers that moved you that day. I'm doing the work besides my crew many of the times. :-)

You can expect a smooth experience with professional movers who are honest, friendly and fun to work with. Customer satisfaction is our main priority and we aim to met or exceed your expectations.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

You can expect for us to arrive within the scheduled time frame prepared to conquer whatever the project requires.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Customers should have items that are able to be boxed, in boxes and labeled accordingly. If loading is required they should have blankets and some sort of tie-downs.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have handled all moves. Local, long distance, office, industrial, govt. contracts, you name it we've done it.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

The favorite part is completing difficult task in a minimum amount of time thru methods of expertise and experience that creates a WOW factor for our customers

What training do you provide your crew members?

We provide safety training thru videos and quizzes plus on the job basics and essentials including but not limited to customer interactions, (plt) proper lifting techniques, how to set a desk properly, getting a sofa thru a door and much more.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.

additional $40 per roll of shrink wrap, ($40.00/ea.)
