We were scheduled between 9-10am. They called and said rhey would be there about 9:30z Them they called back and had trouble with their trouck but they”d be there. By 10:30. I called when they were t there and they gave a new time. I called after that time came and went. We called again and rbey said
It woold be 11. At that point we let them know we had a backup crew if they were going to be any later. They finally showed up about 11:15.They packed the first pod nicely and didn't leave any big gaps. When the finally got to the 2nd pod they started to carry 1 small box at s time. After they left we looked at the pod and they had just throw stuff everywhere and did not packthe pod tight at all. My husband had to climb in and tey and rearrange so nothing shifts and breaks. They were the cheapest quote. I guess you get what you pay for.

In two hours, 4 hard working men unloaded the entire semi truck and put the boxes into each room. They were careful and considerate. We definitely would hire this team again.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
I would suggest them have items boxed up unless ordered packing. Also would suggest them to have their beds broken down.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all types of moves. Moves we have completed- Long distance, local, international, commercial, gym moves, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite apart about being a mover is showing our customer that we are not just movers. Most times at the end of our move our customers are inviting us back to eat or see them again. Our mantra is “Less like movers, more like family.”
What training do you provide your crew members?
Before they are officially tagged “My Guys” they have to go through a few simulated moves, including packing, wrapping, and moving through obstacles with furniture in hand!
