Absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! They turned a nightmare into a happy ending!! I friend moved and the space selected was too small so we had to rush to find another space. Then the crew she hired and paid did not show up and I found these gents. BUT, IN MY RUSH to hire someone, I put in the wrong day, I needed someone THAT DAY!! They adjusted what they were doing, set a new time, showed up on time, communicated well in advance, and took charge when they arrived. It was super hot but they did not stop, were upbeat all the time, embraced recommendations on getting all the stuff (26' truck) in the space, and completed the job within the set time. I would not hire anyone else but them to move me!!

At the last minute, we needed someone to help my daughter move. The truck was already rented, but we had no workers to load all the furniture and contents. After a quick Google search, “Hire a Helper” came up. We immediately called to see where they were located only to find out they coordinate “helpers” all over the USA. They did a quick search of “helpers” in our area and found out there was a company in Memphis who would come to our rural area. The following day, two workers showed up at 10:00 and worked until the job was completed. Did I mention, “Hire a Helper” did it for half the price of a moving company. We would highly recommend “Hire a Helper”! They sure came through for us in our time of need!

They can expect bus to arrive 15-30 minutes early. They can expect a walk thru observation and a professional setup they can expect quality work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It’s best to have only the household goods that are to be packed and loads to be out and valuables and things that are going with them to be set aside to designated area.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled long distance moves, we have handled short distance moves, we have done pack jobs, office moves pretty much every type of move.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love the interaction with meeting new people and doing a great job and I get a amazing feeling knowing I caused them happiness in choosing us.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I’ve been a professional moves since 2007, I trained them and I’ve had them Watch professional tapes and go threw training test such as loading and packing to assure their doing it correctly.

We do not refund for any unused time.
