Nice kids but most of my items arrived damaged. I provided plenty of strap downs burt only 1 was used. My items arrived all piled upside down, damaged and broken. I think some training might have been in order before sending out your crew with clients lifetime and valuable possession's.

Preston did a great job of leading the other fellows and they got in as much as they could. Dealing with the heat was a struggle today and we’ll hope that nothing gets damaged in transit. The other two were very willing to take suggestions and did their best. We’re very grateful to have it loaded. Thank you!

Movers were on time.
Movers did not seem to know how to pack pods. Were not sufficient in using space. Walked slow. Had one dolly and did not load to top of dolly. Would not use again
Not respectful of property. Bed had an electrical code which they were dragging on the floor. Provided bed covers which I had to ask for them to use. Paid not only for moving service but packing service.

The guys did a great job and really hustled.
However it seems they business over booked them and they were nearly four hours late. Again the workers called earlier to let me know they were over booked and running late.

We have moved several times, but in the last big moves where we’ve had local movers unload trucks or PODs, Big Boy Movers were THE best! Carefully bringing furniture through doors, assembled our split king electronic bed and a new twin bed. 3 guys for 2 hours and NONE of them were complaining or irritated or irritating. I would definitely recommend without hesitation. Also communication before our move was easy and clear over the phone with Josh Williamson. The price was set beforehand and that’s what we paid.
