The movers were a little slow, but that was not the problem. The problem was the manager that showed up to bring the actual movers. He had an attitude from the start and said it was going to take longer than expected, meaning more cost. With our help the movers got the job done going over by just 2 mins. The manager tried to charge us more but the movers said no. I respect the movers but the boss is awful and due to his rude and shady practice of trying to overcharge, I would never use them again.

Thank you so much, Marquis, Kevin and Dakota!!! I had a 2 bedroom 2 bath and garage to load/unload. I truly appreciate these guys assistance with moving me from my 1st floor apartment to my 2nd floor apartment. Although there were a couple of my items broken, you provided me with excellent service and I would highly recommend your services. I am thankful that Marquis suggested that they move everything from the apartment 1st because they had another job starting right after my move, and I thought they would have enough time to move everything, but not from my garage. So they filled the truck and unloaded it, and then it was time for them to head to their next job, so I used another mover to move everything else. Thanks again, guys!!

Paul, Marquis and Anthony all worked quickly, and were very conscientious of our home and personal belongings during the unpack.
I requested 3 workers for 6 hours. They finished in just under 4 hours; which is a positive for the workers.
However, this company does not reimburse the hours not worked. That item is not published in the initial request agreement, nor was it communicated to me in any manner.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a phone call from a customer service representative within the first 24 hours of booking to confirm job requirements and services needed.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call 30 minutes prior to crew arriving on job site, After arriving will provide an introduction of crew members and perform a quick walk through of the home, to insure all items are placed in their proper locations. At this time any details regarding the move can be discussed.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Making sure all boxes are properly packed and taped. Padding and shrink wrapping any furniture, such as dressers, couches, etc. will make this process go faster. Also any misc. items should be packed or bagged. All though we do provide all these services, these are just some tips that can speed up the moving process.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have assisted and done all types of moves; medical, residential, long distance, commercial, and office. You name it and we've moved it!

Our favorite part about being a mover, is having the satisfaction of having the customer comfortable and able to relax in their new home.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide several video training logs and 1 week trial training, to train our crew members with the best customer service, safety procedures, and protocols.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
