The guys doing the offloading did a great job! My one issue is response to emails/text messages to Dakota Regan.
There was absolutely no response/communication even
thought I was told they would be reaching out to me when the move was getting close. Emails and text messages went un-responded.
Offloading/call center=Excellent!

The crew was on time for the job and communication prior to the job was exceptional as was the communication while on the job site. Pleasant gentleman who completed the move with care for our home and belongings. Would hire them again.

Although they did show up within the window they were later than what they initially indicated. I felt they worked slowly and required frequent monitoring. Dakota was on his cell phone quite a bit as we were loading. Their packing skills are sub-par and we should have been able to get much more in the truck. I prepaid for 3 hours and at the end of 2 hours Dakota tried to leave. I had to remind him I paid for 3 hours. Asked if he could refund the hour and he told me to call Hire-a-helper to initiate a refund, only to find out they have a “No Refund” policy for unused time.
I did have them booked for the next day but cancelled them. I would not use them again

The 3 man crew arrived early, got a quick tour of our somewhat large single level home and began unloading. They had brought their own small ramp for the single step into the house and were all moving in and out with their loads. They handled the upright piano and carefully avoided hitting the ground at the bottom of the truck ramp. They also carefully placed the wheel casters under the piano in its place. They were professional and pleasant. We were pleased with the results of their hard work.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a phone call from a customer service representative within the first 24 hours of booking to confirm job requirements and services needed.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call 30 minutes prior to crew arriving on job site, After arriving will provide an introduction of crew members and perform a quick walk through of the home, to insure all items are placed in their proper locations. At this time any details regarding the move can be discussed.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Making sure all boxes are properly packed and taped. Padding and shrink wrapping any furniture, such as dressers, couches, etc. will make this process go faster. Also any misc. items should be packed or bagged. All though we do provide all these services, these are just some tips that can speed up the moving process.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have assisted and done all types of moves; medical, residential, long distance, commercial, and office. You name it and we've moved it!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being a mover, is having the satisfaction of having the customer comfortable and able to relax in their new home.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide several video training logs and 1 week trial training, to train our crew members with the best customer service, safety procedures, and protocols.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
