We recently hired Strongmile Movers to pack a storage container for us. They did such an excellent job that we will be hiring them later this month to unpack the container.
On the day of the move, Casper, Brian, and Justin arrived on time and worked without a break until the job was done. The container was packed efficiently and safely.
From past experiences with movers, my expectations were low. Strongmile Movers far exceeded my expectations.

The crew of 3 arrived on time. They were very efficient at prepping and wrapping the various pieces. The pod containers were loaded in a most professional manner, filling in all available space. The items were packed in as much a secure manner as one could imagine. They were very friendly. I most highly recommend them.

The team they came were very courteous and started off great. Unfortunately, when they left after the job, I found the bedroom floors were scratched where the two bedroom cabinets were located . I had left blankets for them to use but I guess they twisted the pieces to lift them and left huge scrapes. The other disappointing thing was the placement of the furniture in the end of the pod. I went to get lunch for the men and when I came back they were finished. There were pieces of the couch and furniture that wasn't wrapped with pads. My expensive desk chair was tossed upside down not wrapped and placed in the pod. I had to rearrange the pieces because they would have bounced around aganist the door of the pod. The men were very nice to work with but I feel like they got tired toward the end. Overall, I would have been more involved with the placement and wrapping of the furniture . I should have watched every piece of being wrapped and placed.
To any one reading this review and my response, please rest assured we are very thorough and professional with all we do here at Strongmile Movers. Read all of our other reviews here or anywhere else on the internet. Some customers, every once in a while, seem to make claims that simply baffle us. Feel free to call me at any time or visit my office. My door is always open. Our customer care and service is exceptionally on-call and here for our customers every step of the way to ensure 100% satisfaction. However, some people can never be pleased and decide to, in turn, point the finger at the hard-working people who were there to help them in the first place.

These guys were very experienced and knowledgeable. They were on time and got right to work. My furniture and other belongings were treated with the greatest of care. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them. If I still lived in the area I would use Strongmile Movers exclusively.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Clear paths throughout your home to all furniture and boxes. Have all items prepared, boxed, bundled and ready to go prior to our arrival. Coordinate convenient parking locations for each stop involved with your move. PACK ALL LOOSE ITEMS IN SMALL & MEDIUM SIZE CARDBOARD BOXES UNIFORM IN SIZING. Mark specific boxes when necessary "Fragile", "This end up", "Load first" or "Load last", etc. EMPTY AND PREPARE ALL FURNITURE! Yes, empty ALL contents out of ALL of the drawers of ALL FURNITURE

What training do you provide your crew members?
Training includes, but is not limited to... Proper disassembly, as needed, and protection of furniture involving blanketing, cardboard crating & shrink wrapping of items. How to properly handle furniture throughout all locations. How to reassemble and place all items in desired locations throughout the new location. Customer service is priority #1. Everyone is given the proper tools and training to ensure all safety precautions are taken seriously.
