We, self moved from Houston, Texas. Jet was In communication with us almost immediately after I booked them through Hire A Helper and gave me direct number to reach him in the event of problem or change of plans. Relieved any aprehension we may have had so we could concentrate on the 1200 mile trip into Ft. Lauderdale.Contacted Carlos when I as arriving in Ft. Lauderdale. He confirmed he would meet us on date and time we scheduled. They arrived on time. Very professional, worked straight through and had us moved into our condo on 10th floor within time booked. No hidden charges. They were very good and everthing was moved from the truck to our tenth floor unit without any scratches, dents, dings or breakage. You cant go wrong using them and I highly recommend them for any and all your relocation needs. Kudos also to Hire A Helper recommend them as well. I would use both services again.
