Outstanding loading experience for two 1-800-PACK-RAT containers on two consecutive days. Regular and professional communication to schedule and on arrival day. They showed up on time- I told them I wanted all the furniture on the pod- they left some pieces out but put in plenty of boxes causing me to hire another pod - when they left my 9mm handgun was missing. i filed a police report. I was told that the missing item was put on the pod. When I emptied the pod I located the missing handgun and then reported the item found to the company and the police.

I would highly recommend JETMOVING. Alex and Gabriel were extremely professional and efficient. They were on time and also very patient while waiting for the storage container to be able to park. They even relocated a heavy piece of furniture I already had in my house to make room for what was being unloaded. They stayed overtime until the job was completed. I would definitely use them again in the future.
