They were on time. Somewhat prepared for the job with some tools. They were wonderful moving the items in the truck. But my daughter lamp got damaged in the moving in part. They started to slow down when it was much easier to move in. A separate elevator with dolly's to make it easier. I heard a few items were dropped. When she moved to the Miami area 2 guys made the move in less than 1.5 hours. This were 4 guys and it took them 4 hours . I will 2 of the 4 guys only cause it should have not taken more than 2.5 hours.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A customer should have (if not ordered) Moving blankets, shrink wrap, etc. Also Customers should have all breakable items removed from dressers, night stands etc.
What types of moves have you handled?
We’ve handled Local, Long distance, commercial moves, office moves, debree removal, load swaps etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is being faced with a strenuous task and completing that task in the presence of a customer.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training process is basically hands on experience. We have a written format on how we typically load truck. We have our movers study this format until it becomes second nature.
