The team of movers showed up on time and with smiles on their faces. They were careful with our furniture (and our walls), friendly, and helpful. We were very pleased with the service that they provided. Additionally, we were grateful that they were able to fill-in at the last minute for a job that got canceled since we were on a pretty strict timeline. ALL of my furniture was damaged beyond repair. I provided moving blankets, bands, straps and bags. They said ‘we got you. You have enough stuff that it won’t be needed.’ I took the blankets out after they didn’t use and again told them. All my son’s furniture that was purchased from my grandmother is RUINED!! Contact me - I have over 50 pictures of EVERY piece of furniture. It is not one mark- there are chunks of furniture missing because they put a toolbox ON TOP of dresser! They then said ‘we don’t want to charge you extra for the 20 mins they went over, so pay us through zelle for the additional 20 mins - $120!’ HORRIBLE service - I promise you do NOT use them! They also tried to blame the ‘pod mover’ but the damage done is done because they didn’t use the moving blankets, supports that I PROVIDED!!! I’m so livid and disgusted with this company, their employees and Hire A Helper!! Do NOT use them!
