Wayne and Trey showed up a bit late but they advised us of delay. Cold day, 20° and windy. Both men did an excellent job of unloading the POD. Nothing damaged, bed assembly was good. They brought four wheel truck and two wheel hand truck which helped speed unloading.completely satisfied with both men.m

Fantastic job! I have no idea what magic they used but they made an enormous amount of furniture and boxes fit in our already half full pod. They padded everything with our furniture blankets and everything is safe and secure. Would absolutely use them again!

Overall the guys who helped us did a good job. I was disappointed that I was looking for help to help pack and move stuff, only to be told by the people at the company with which Hire a Helper sent the business that there would be additional charges for them to pack stuff. I had reserved 4 hours of time for the work, knowing that much of that time would be used for packing. It created extra work for my disabled wife and me, and cost me several hundreds more in unused time, as the helpers finished the moving part in less than 2 hours.
I probably won't use this service again when our renovation is complete and we have to move everything back.
The helpers did a great job, but y'all need to do a better job of communicating customer needs to the people with which you outsource this work.

Greg and Jerry were great! They are hard workers, Very efficient! They moved our furniture out of the house into a POD for our home renovation to be done and then moved our furniture back in when the home renovation was completed a month later. I would definitely use them again!!

We secured unloading a Pod storage unit with an 2-day window. The price is very affordable and Our movers were on time , professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company for your move and will be using them again soon since this move was only temporary.

We used On the Go Moving LLC for our move in 2023 and in 2024 and they were incredible both times! They always arrive within the scheduled window, and are very communicative via phone and text. They are professional and handled all of our belongings with care. They work quickly and efficiently, and their years of experience are apparent. When we had an issue with our furniture not fitting in the moving container that we ordered, On the Go Moving was extremely accomodating, and came back the next day to finish the job!
