BBM needs someone that answers the phone! There was no confirmation just before by call or text. Donovan was steller, I'd use him again. He brought his dolly, knew what to do, knew when to ask. The other was late & did not bring a dolly. Move was successful. I don't like not talking to the actual guys doing the work. Some miscommunication was there.
They were very hard-working, cheerful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They were very efficient, very fast, and were cognizant of our needs at all times. They were always very pleasant and upbeat at all times and listen to any suggestions or concerns that we had. I would recommend them to anyone at any time they were super!
On this particular day the two worke rs showed up on time prepared. It was hot that day and a tough move because I live on the second floor but they managed to get everything out of the pod in 2 hours which I really appreciate. I would hire these two gentlemen again.
Had Ford and Parker as our crew, they did a great job unloading our POD! Moving our grandfather into a home so lots of walking and an elevator involved, but they did it all in just 2 hours! Very good care of our items and friendly throughout!
We moved from Alaska to Utah and did not want to unload our U-Haul after our 12 day trip. We hired big boy movers two days before we made it in and they were able to help us out. Nate and Raymond were great! They unloaded everything within an hour and it was such a help to us! We definitely recommend them for any of your moving needs!!
Showed up on time, got right to work. We didn’t have a lot of furniture to move, but we are in a 3 story townhouse, so everything was going to at least the 2nd floor, which is why I hired help in the first place. They did a good job, no complaints.
