The three guys were wonderful…moved everything from the POD to a designated spot in my basement, keeping a path for us to be able to access everything as we unpack. And they did this all in the rain!

Ultimately they got all of my boxes inside, so I guess they got the general job done.
But they weren’t able to get any of my big appliances inside— they left my refrigerator outside on my patio when they left (and it snowed after they left so yay for that) because they didn’t know how to get it inside.
They attempted a few times, and now my new refrigerator has 2 massive dents on it from them trying to get it through a door that was too small.
They didn’t have any tools. No measuring tape (which maybe that’s not a necessity but then they made the comment “man I wish we had a tape measure to see which door would be better to use”, which does seem like an obvious thing to have handy in my mind). They asked to used a screw driver so I told them I’d go grab one; they saw a big tool chest nearby and pointed to it and I replied “oh that’s for someone else I’m not gonna open that, I’ll go get mine”. When I returned they had opened that chest anyway and were using those tools….. which they did not replace before they left.
They almost dropped my couch coming up the stairs and laughed hysterically about it.
They started out asking me where every box belonged as they brought them in and I’d read the box (every single one was marked with a room) and point them in the direction. Eventually they stopped asking so I thought they caught onto reading the boxes themselves….. I later realized they had actually just given up and were putting every single box in one of the bedrooms and stacking them regardless of if they said “fragile” on it.
Like I said, they got *most* things inside and out of my pod, but they weren’t knowledgeable (at one point said “I mean I can take your door apart to get that inside but idk how to do it so we’re just gonna leave it outside”), weren’t professional (like I asked if they wanted to use a dolly to move the refrigerator and one guy slapped his arms and said “this is my dolly”??). And I paid how much money for this? What a joke??

Our furniture was severely damaged,money stolen and insurance claim filed and rejected. Filing a small claims. Workers failed,to protect our furniture, although pads were provided. They used 2 out of 12.$ 500 stolen in coins! Convicted felon showed me his ankle bracelet. Disrespectful interaction with my suggestions and lack of regard for our posessions. They were on time and finished on time. Insurance is Fraud!!
