Minneapolis Mover Reviews
They were on time, offered any help they could do, were efficient, polite, and well worth the hire. I would definitely use them again!
Mike and his assistant were tireless workers. They never stopped moving the whole time and even helped us put together our couches and beds and other furniture. Five Stars!
Great crew, friendly and professional I would highly recommend them.
They were on time, worked very hard and were very polite. They asked questions when they needed directions where to put boxes. We will hire them again.
Here early... Courteous. Knowledgeable. Friendly
They were very efficient and polite. Excellent!
The two movers from MinuteMen came on time and were very nice. They worked very hard to get some of our heavy/bulky items stacked with care. They also helped us wrap a few difficult items with plastic wrap. We were doing a shuttle service to a Upack service center and they organized our relocube to perfectly fit all of our items.
Highly recommend!!
This was the easiest and most stress-free part of a very stressful move. I had to adjust instructions multiple times and due to a few miscommunications when the move info was originally set up, had to adjust our move plan. The Mighty Movers were so flexible and easy to work with and made the experience so easy. They definitely went above and beyond in every way. I cannot recommend them enough.
The initial crew had an “accident” while coming, delaying the loading time for almost 2:30 hours. The substitute crew came on the time they said they would.
Nice guys. We had a lot of awkward items that were handled perfectly I’d absolutely use them again
The guys were friendly, amazing, and fast! I will absolutely recommend Hire a Helper and IJC Logistics to everyone I know that needs to move. I am very impressed with their professionalism and how rapidly they completed both ends of my move. Well done!!
These guys were quick, efficient, and helped us unload a 16 ft POD in just under 2 hours. Highly recommended - these guys were phenomenal

Major Neighborhoods in Minneapolis
Rarely can you find a blend between nature and a modern metropolis like you can in Minneapolis. Surrounded by parks and lakes, it's one half of "The Twin Cities" (along with St. Paul) and a bustling metro home to many cultural landmarks. One of the most recognizable is the Mall of America, with over 500 stores and attractions to visit. As for the nature lovers, you get to live along the Mississippi River, which bisects the city, and can explore the Grand Rounds Scenic Byway with gardens, beaches, a gold course, and over 51 miles of paved trails. If you plan to move to this beloved Midwestern city, check out our list to find the best local moving help for a smooth transition.
Downtown Minneapolis
Downtown Minneapolis is also called the “Downtown Core” because it’s the heart of the city’s activity. One of the most unique things to do has to be strolling along the Skyway, an impressive network of enclosed, second-level bridges dotted with shops and eateries that span 80 blocks. This neighborhood is also where the sports fans gather at one of three stadiums for games, including the U.S. Bank Stadium. And no matter how early or late you venture out, you can grab something to eat at the local favorite Nicolett Diner, open 24 hours. Downtown Minneapolis has several neighborhoods, so choosing a local moving company that’s familiar with the area is a good idea to keep your move stress-free.
Uptown
Yep, it's the one you know from the Prince song! Uptown is a lakeside neighborhood full of gastropubs, bistros, independent boutiques, and local shops. Indie and foreign films are shown at the classic Uptown Theatre, where you can grab a drink at the bar as well as a movie. Of course, being right next to the water is great for those who love the outdoors, and there are plenty of walking and cycling paths to choose from in Chain of Lakes Park. And if you get hungry, Pinoli is a popular spot with rooftop seating and casual Italian fare. The neighborhood is waiting to welcome you, so let local movers help you get there safely and easily.
North Loop
AKA the Warehouse District, North Loop is a fun neighborhood where many of the bars, eateries, and shops are converted from late 19th- and early 20th-century warehouses. Or even a horse stable, like the Spoon and Stable restaurant with an award-winning chef at the helm. Or, if you're a home chef, visit the Minneapolis Farmers Market to grab locally grown produce, handmade snacks, candy, and more. Target Field isn't only for Twins games, either, it's also a hub for the light rail that can take you to the airport, other stadiums, or even to St. Paul. If this sounds like a perfect fit for you, then do yourself a favor and hire local movers. Their knowledge of the area will make your move a breeze.
Linden Hills
Linden Hills is the place to be if you love to spend most of your time outside. The neighborhood has two lakes, and numerous cycling and walking trails. Lake Harriet Park regularly has summer movies and concerts, as well as year-round amenities like a boat pier and playgrounds. If you don't feel like walking or biking for the day, take a ride on the historic Como-Harriet Streetcar Line and visit the Minnesota Streetcar Museum to learn more about the history of this transportation. And each winter, you're treated to the sight of the Lake Harriet Winter Kite Festival, where colorful kites cover the sky every February. Want to join the Linden Hills community? Local movers familiar with the area will help you relocate.

The movers were professional, efficient and very organized. The crew needed a bit more help with moving a hot tub and they quickly brought 2 more “hands” on site to manage the heavy lift. I’d recommend dreezy’s!!!
Mike and his assistant were tireless workers. They never stopped moving the whole time and even helped us put together our couches and beds and other furniture. Five Stars!
They certainly earned their Five Star rating with our move! The two strong young men arrived on time and worked so hard to empty our trailer of our treasured possessions with care, professionalism and lots of muscle. This company is top rated for a reason. They have earned it!
These guys were great. Mike and his team emptied 3 16’ pods in short order. They were all really nice and helpful and they made the stress of the move a little lighter. I’d use them again in a heartbeat !!!
Very hard working and polite young men. Communication was excellent prior to arrival. They worked non-stop until the job was done. We were very happy with 5-Star Movers!
Honestly when I order the small container I was not sure we would be able to get everything thing it. The packers are going to have to be very good. And they were!!! It is filled completely but they got it all in. We were very impressed.
The crew that did the actual job were great. They were polite, respectful of me, my home and my possessions that they moved. They hustle their buns off and got the job done faster than expected. Thank you gentlemen for a job well done ??

The Mighty Movers were so flexible and easy to work with and made the experience so easy. They definitely went above and beyond in every way. I cannot recommend them enough.
I was given an arrival window the day before and received a text the morning of with an arrival time. Very professional and hard working young men. We are very grateful for the excellent and thorough job and would recommend them and use them again.
The guys were friendly, amazing, and fast! I will absolutely recommend Hire a Helper and IJC Logistics to everyone I know that needs to move. I am very impressed with their professionalism and how rapidly they completed both ends of my move. Well done!!
They did both the loading and the unloading. Worked really hard. Work really fast. No damages. They were on time and well prepared. I want to use them again in 4 months when we have to load the truck back up.
Gus was great and personable. He knew his trade, Bobby and Quan were good help and learned fast. I especially appreciated the fact that the young men stayed off of their phones during the job, something rare these days. I had an injured knee and they kept reminding me to sit down and let them do what we hired them to. That was wonderful. Yes, I would hire them again!
