Timothy showed up on time and alone. He was incredibly apologetic that he was there alone and his coworker had called in sick at the last minute. He said that he probably wouldn't be able to do the complete unpacking by himself and he offered as a solution that his boss would come by later in the day and they would unpack it together. While I was on the phone with pack rat rescheduling the pickup of my container Timothy decided to help my husband move "a few things out of the container". My husband really couldn't do much being that he's recovering from hip replacement surgery. Timothy unpacked that entire container by himself in the 2-hour time span. I think he deserves a raise, and I hope his boss gives him the entire pay for this move.

The team showed up on time and hustled the entire day. They were pleasant, polite and worked hard for us! They were knowledgeable about packing precious items and were very careful with our belongings. We can’t manage the heavy lifting anymore, so they saved our backs! Highly recommend!

Mark and Chris were so good at doing what needed to be done that all of the big things are taken care of! I’m going to be able to do the rest myself with a couple of friends. What a blessing! Also, Mark and Chris are incredibly professional. Mark took time to answer all of my questions and make me feel really comfortable with this whole process.
