They arrived over an hour late due to the need to finish two other jobs before mine. They did call to let me know. They had trouble understanding what room I wanted the various things to be put in and that has caused some challenges. And when they put the boxes down, they put Them on the counters instead of the floor and in front of the cabinets where I was going to store these things so I had to move everything out of the way in order to unload the boxes. They were very nice and professional.
