Arrived late, (10:45), they couldn't figure out how to put the ramp on the trailer, I had to put the ramp up. They reeked of marijuana, they did not have a dolly, or other equipment. They took multiple breaks, they argued with one another about how to work. The "supervisor" was on her phone all the time. There was absolutely no urgency in anything, no hustle. They clearly stated they could not move the safe... they appeared inexperienced and unprofessional

We’re particularly concerned about the issues you raised regarding punctuality, equipment, and professionalism. While we do have strict policies in place, including drg screening and background checks for all team members, we will be investigating this matter thoroughly to ensure accountability and prevent similar situations in the future.
We’re also surprised to hear about the lack of equipment and the supervisor’s behavior, as this does not align with our records or standards. Our team is equipped with dollies and other necessary tools, and we did not have a female supervisor on staff, which makes us wonder if there may have been some confusion. That said, we take your feedback seriously and will use it as an opportunity to review our processes and training to ensure we’re meeting the high expectations our customers deserve.

These guys were friendly, on time, and did everything that I asked (placing furniture, moving boxes to specific rooms). They also communicated well, evidenced by calling before arriving and providing an accurate ETA.
The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars is because the company requires a minimum of a 3-hour booking. Counting from the moment they arrived in their vehicle to the moment they drove away, they were at my home for about 2 hours and 10 minutes. I suppose I appreciate their efficiency, but it simultaneously feels like I was forced to pay for time that was not needed.
