They did a good job of moving everything they needed and took care of most of our items. Minor scratches here and there. My only critique was the pace of work. When paying for 2 hours, it seemed lagged and took longer than expected to get larger items loaded. Overall, they were super friendly and I would recommend.

On time. Somewhat prepared. I had suggested ahead of time to bring a dolly with pneumatic tires because we had to cross the lawn with several heavy pieces. I also noted in the original reservation that there were pieces weighing over 300 lbs. They really didn't come prepared for this. He charged me extra for handling these pieces after the fact. They did work hard and fast. Maybe a bit too fast at times. They were very respectful and got the job done. Would I use again? Maybe. I was overall satisfied. I just hope I never need to move again.

The young men who came and packed my pod were amazing! They showed up with smiles and a “can do” attitude that helped put me to ease. I was worried about having a lot of stuff but they got straight to work and packed everything up rather swiftly. They were care to avoid hitting things on edges and walls while moving stuff and they managed to fit everything in one pod! I’ll definitely be recommending Direct Movers to my friends & family.
