C&R MOVERS once I showed the workers what had to be moved and also had several furniture dollies and a hand truck. theses worker started carrying one box at a time. when I asked why they were not using a hand truck to carry items they looked dumb founded. I had to demonstrate how to load several boxes, (remember I am the boss who is also a woman).so I had to assist them to get them moving by carrying stuff from my house to the truck and when I did not assist they stopped working! this company sent over unprofessional workers who toward the end became ANGRY with me and started throwing my stuff into rental truck and then mumbled out loud FTS! (obscenity) I called the company while they were still here I spoke with Chris Who informed me that I should call hire a helper, when I informed Chris these workers work for you not hire a helper! Chris did not offer to speak with workers nor offered an apology. when I asked for the general manager he would not offer a number. This IS my FORMAL COMPLAINT

The guys were on time and did a good job. However, a third guy showed up at one point and I was not consulted. When I signed the form at the end I was told there was no charge for him, but I was charged an extra $30. I was also charged $60 for wrapping paper that they just started using without informing me there would be a charge. I provided blankets for them to wrap the furniture.

They were great- 2 men showed up ten minutes early and did everything I needed to do. When I asked them to help with a few extra things I needed, they quickly said "of course m'am!". They were great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The movers were on time and worked efficiently and carefully. They wrapped all of my furniture (that I had not already bagged), and securely loaded it into the truck. I didn't sustain any damage in the move thanks to their careful handling of our things. Excellent job!
