This is the second time I used JFK Moving
for unloading a POD and setting up
furniture in my house. They were very
professional, moving existing furniture
around, being careful with everything,
folding up moving blankets, gathering up
bubble wrap and cardboard, and tidying up
when done.

I spoke to the company several times before the moving day to make sure everything was in order. We also moved some personal items the day before on our own. We did not answer calls or look at texts. They tried to confirm the day before and we did not answer until after hours so they cancelled and did not show up until 2pm (originally scheduled for 8-9am). Once they did show up they were courteous, helpful and very hardworking. A pleasure to work with!. Would use them again. But remember to call and confirm the order the day before during business hours. Less stress!
We didn't deserve to get 4 stars from you, it wasn't our fault. We called you 20 times till 11pm. We emailed you. You never responded to us. We thought you were in an emergency. We can't send people with a truck there without your confirmation. We could have canceled the job, but we didn't. We know you needed to move on that day. We did what we could
