That is an absolute lie. When I arrived no one was prepared for the move. You all wasn't even done packing. Your wife was obviously on medication or some type of alternate drug. Either she had just taken her medicine when we arrived but it most definitely kicked into the point where it altered her thinking and the organization of what she was doing. First of all it does take time to take a bed part and if you had a certain time frame that you had to have your beds taken apart you could have done them yourself. Assembly and disassembly is not included as a mandatory service it is all due upon my discretion. So for me to agree to take apart your items without adding any additional fees that was a privilege and it wasn't an obligation on my end. Before taking your beds together we had to move your items that was not prepared and packed out of the way and rearrange things just to get to your bed so if you wanted your things thrown or walk around in a quick minute you could have told me that and I will have just thrown your stuff downstairs as if it was trash. It wasn't us that was an unorganised because I showed up at the location with a strategy to have your truck loaded in a decent time frame. Somewhere in between your shift obviously the medicine that your wife was taken kicked in and she began to give different directions to my crew which interrupted the productivity that I had going. While we were taking apart your beds did she begin to complain about we were taking too long with that and she wanted the bigger items out. Once we start taking out the bigger item she began to complain and wanted the couches out of the living room. So let's not look over the issues that you have within your own home as far as the behavior of your wife wanting to take medication that she knows incapacitates her ability to function during situations where she needs to be fully aware and clear. Let's not talk about how she ended up with a baseball cap pulled down over her eyes with her jaws so tight from her teeth gritting together from being geeked up to the point where she could barely speak. Let's not talk about how you ended up with boxes on the back of your truck due to her schizophrenic behavior. You sat back and and allowed her to interrupt the productive process that I had started to empathize with her behavior. If you called your 65 year old mom to help you unload that was absolutely your choice I called you to make sure and to update you after your wife called the company five minutes after we left and begin to act like you all have been waiting on us for 5 hours. We were right behind you and if I needed gas what did you expect the vehicle to do to your location fly? You need to be aware of what's going on in your home and how it's evolving due to the medication that is being prescribed to your wife for whatever medical issues that she is having. If it makes you feel better coming on line and defamating my company so that you do not have to take responsibility or address the evolving chaos that is going on in your home I hope it gives you peace. But I know the truth and I have the pictures to prove the chaos. So let's keep it professional
